Meet The Staff:


Holly has lived in the High Country all her life. Holly earned her diploma at Wilkes Community College, is a Certified Dental Assistant, and was a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. She is caring and compassionate, treating every patient as if they are a part of her own family. Holly’s patients feel at ease with her natural bubbly personality. She loves the dental field knowing the difference she makes in the smiles of patients treated at Boone Endodontics.

Holly has been married to her high school sweetheart for seven years. In her free time, Holly’s hobbies include four-wheeling, biking, and spending time with family and friends.


Tracy is a native of the High Country. She earned her B.S. in Public Health from East Tennessee State University. After travelling around the country, Tracy has returned to Boone with her two German Shepherds, Ziva and Maverick. Tracy loves being outdoors, riding horses, hiking, fishing, and spending time with her dogs. 

Tracy is a Dental Assistant with our team and fulfills a sense of purpose from helping her patients feel at ease and taking care of others. 


Stephanie brings over 10 years of dental administration experience to our practice. She is the mother of three beautiful daughters, each with their own unique personalities. She enjoys spending all of her free time with them, as well as hiking. Stephanie takes pride in meeting our patients and answering any questions you may have.


Bayley is a native of Asheville, North Carolina and moved to Boone to attend Appalachian State University. She is a senior majoring in Psychology with a concentration in Natural Sciences. Bayley is hoping to attend dental school in 2020. She is on the executive board for Appalachian’s pre-dental honors society, Delta Delta Sigma (DDS). In her free time Bayley likes working out, hiking, and spending time with her dog Dallas. 

Bayley is always willing to offer a helping hand whenever needed throughout the office. 


Laren moved to Boone in 2014 to attend Appalachian State University. Laren earned her B.S. in Biological Anthropology from Appalachian State in 2017. She has remained in Boone after graduating due to her unwavering love of the High Country. In her free time, Laren enjoys being in nature, learning new skills, and caring for her dogs and cats. 
Laren is a Dental Consultation Assistant with our team who genuinely enjoys interacting and caring for our patients.
